Tail light problems

I had a Putco brand tiligate lightbar installed, one of the ones that go right under the tailgate. I went with Putco brand as they worked with Ford to decelope one that worked well with Ford. But once installed it caused my drivers side rear tail light to not work. But only the driving light. The brake and turn signal work fine. Inhad the light bar disconnected and then the tail light works fine. Any suggestions how i can keep the light bar
