sync wont send text messages

Any one come cross with sync unable to send text message
sync say " no connectivity try again later"
sync will receive text message and receive and make phone calls.

only time it seems to send text message, is when I'm parked in my driveway

anybody have any idea what to try

I have rebooted audio unit, deleted phone from vehicle, and vehicle from phone, and re-paired.
with same issue.

note if I use SIRI it will send the text message.
using Iphone 13

Turning off "Do Not Disturb" on my phone fixed it. Also, make sure message access is allowed for Sync in your Bluetooth settings. I use bulk sms service for work sometimes, and had to double-check those permissions too since some phones treat that as a separate category.
