I had a grand Cherokee summit with hemi before the f150...I traded the f159 xlt screw fx4 sport for another grand Cherokee with hemi (trailhawk). I only had 6200 miles on the truck, but just didn't want to drive it anymore. I just couldn't stand to keep it any longer. Why? (And I'll add what I did like, just so it's not a completely negative post.)

1). I didn't like driving it. It just didn't inspire confidence on the highway. It walked from stripe to stripe. The steering wasn't precise at all... Felt like a 70s model full size van. Lots of slop. I've owned multiple trucks... 2 Chevy trucks, a GMC, f150, and a 2018 ram... This one drove the worst of any of them.
2). Brake feel. Mine were mushy. It didn't really stop well, tbh. So much pedal travel and mushy feel. I tow often and I hated the brakes.
3) radio bugs. I hated that my settings would reset randomly. I was always resetting the screen layout. Android audio didn't work (I'm not an apple user). I didn't like that I really couldn't customize the short cuts (except for that one button, but it was limited as well). It sounds horrible... Like a Wendy's speaker. I spent money to upgrade it, but it still wasn't great.
4). There 10 speed hunts for gears. I think 10 speeds are just too much. The 8 speed in the ram and grand Cherokee seems perfectly dodged and a little more smart (downshifts going down hills and while braking, better shifts when towing). When towing, it couldn't decide between gears 6-8. 9 and 10 are just too tall for anything useful. So, at highway speeds it was always bouncing between gears 8-10.
5). Back seat wasn't comfortable. It sat too straight up. My guests complained often.
6) rearview mirror wouldn't stay where I put it... It just kept falling down. I had to constantly adjust it. I haven't had a rear view mirror do that since I was a kid in my moms old 84 Buick.
7). Rust. The rear end rust just didn't make me feel like it was going to last. I shouldn't have to great rust on a new truck.

Positives:
1) headlights. I love the headlights. Very bright and provide great visibility.
2). Styling. I like the way it looks.
3). Very quiet inside.
4). Xlt sport seats were very comfortable.
5). Trade in was good.
