Side vent lighting

looking to install side vent lighting on my 2021 f150. Tried to follow f150led instructions but truck has the quad led lights. Their video says nothing about how to connect to it. They make it look so simple. No thanks to them I’m hearing I can unplug headlight plug and feed up to above light area to connect. Does anyone have any knowledge of this. Please.

I ordered LED reverse lights from these guys that were supposed to be a perfect fit for a 2021 Tremor. "Easy 5 minute install". I removed one back light assembly only to discover they were sealed units... They took the return with no issue though. If you look at the warning notes (small print) many of these upgrades run VERY hot, like hot enough to fry anything that comes close to them after install. Hard pass.

I installed them on my 21 Lariat. You have to use the side marker wiring which is really short. I did it above the fender skirt, but it was a difficult install. Couldn't figure out how to remove the headlight without getting into the grill, etc. I really like mine and in the end it was worth it. They have been on now for about 20 months.
