In the application I am using these LED particular marker lights, I wanted something that did not draw attention in the daytime, they are going on a new build camper that will have a reptilian paint job. so they are small enough to almost blend in during the day. however, when you light them up at night, they shine brightly and I was a bit surprised at the amount of light they give off. The white lights on the bottom do a very good job of Illuminating the road. The downside for me was the size of the screws and nuts they supply for mounting. I used a 5.5 mm socket and wrench in most locations and on a few I drilled out the light and used self-tapping metal to wood screws. I am a big guy with big hands and arthritis, and the small screws were a challenge. One thing that impressed me was when I put the self-tapping screws on the light with an electric drill. I put some serious torque on that plastic not meaning to and they didn't break. tough little lights.
