This may be a silly question, but here it goes

I have a 2022 F150 4x4 with 3.5 ecoboost
My brother has a 2017 F150 4x4 with ecoboost

I'm having mine replaced with Bilstein 6112/5160 set, and my brother was saying that his front feel shot, he has around 108k miles.

Is he able to use my take off shocks/springs?

My truck has slightly over 500 miles

The reverse of this question was discussed A LOT for the first year (whether Gen13 suspension works on our Gen14 trucks). See the thread below, specifically page 4 for findings from a pro at Eibach:

In short, yes, for sure on the rear shocks. For the fronts, the strut mounting points did change slightly from his generation to our generation F-150s. Is it detrimental or unsafe? I don't know.
