Seeking help - on going throttle body issue

Good morning -

I bought my 21 F150 Lariat on 5/15/21. Loaded down truck that I love. 4x4 5.0L power train

My last F150 I bought was in 1998. Still going strong.
About 1,000 into owning the truck I started getting all kinds of errors and low power modes on the truck. I could pull over and power down and back up and it would drive at full power again.
Showing throttle body sticking issue. Brought to the dealer of 4 times so far. Throttle bodies are on a nationwide back order. Now almost two months later no resolution. I’ve escalated it to Ford with a case number. Really no help. Dealership doesn’t have any loaner vehicles, so now I’ve got a $60k plus truck that runs sometimes and sometimes not.

how can I escalate this higher with Ford. I’m to the point now, just give me my money back. Seeking advice

Hi, did you get your throttle body replaced? My 2021 f-150 fx4 crew 5.0 had the same problem at only 70 miles. Severe limp mode issues. Backordered throttle for 3 months. Bad situations arose trying to get out of traffic. Been to the dealership 3 times now. Got my new throttle body a month ago, now it’s throwing throttle position sensor codes and the current dealership has thrown up their hands. Headed to pick it up again in the morning. I’m seeking information on my next steps.

After having my throttle body replaced, I’ve had zero issues. Put about 8k on it so far.

Escalating it to Ford did help. They even extended my warranty due to the issue.
