Hey guys,

It has been cold here in Canada. My truck is a 2022 Powerboost XLT 302A and has 6000 km on it and I just started hearing some rubbing/clicking noise inside my truck when either the AC OR Heater is on. Doesn't matter if it's on high fan or Low fan. I have attached a video so hopefully you can can hear the sound.
It sounds like the blower motor but not sure.

Any ideas?

My 22 is making the exact same sound. I just got it on monday and complained about it. Salesman said his is doing the same and the shop told him it is the cold weather. Sweet so all winter I have to listen to this sound?

I will be taking the truck in on Tuesday and see what they say. My colleague just got a Powerboost last week and his truck does not make this noise when the heater is on. Definitely not normal, and if your salesman says it is take it to service instead. Sounds like the bearings of the motor is rubbing or something caught in the fan.

@Gluvva10 Any update on this? MY truck is making the same noise and am wondering if its even worth trying to take it in.
