Rocker Switch Inside Center Console (would need to remove it)

I want to install a rocker switch inside Full-Through Center Console. I was measuring stuff and I think the perfect spot to install a switch is underneath the USB port inside the center console.

Would anyone know to how remove the guts of the center console so I could cut a hole for the switch and run wiring?
