Reputable ESP Provider - Canada

I reached out to Ziegler and they do not provide plans to Canadians. I am assuming the same can be said for all American providers.
Does anyone know of a reputable online Canadian Ford ESP provider that they deal with? I just recently ordered a truck and would like to have this info prepared prior to my pickup date.

Ford offers some options and they bundle them to save some money. I got 5y/100000 bumper to bumper warranty and maintenance package with a tire/wheel/paint protection package for 7500.

Any tire is covered, wheel damage and they will repair scratches (under a foot long), pull dents and dings and fix windshield chips. All for free except any warranty repairs have a $100 deductible.

That’s a lot more than I was hoping to spend, I’m thinking of just keeping it to the extended service warranty and not the maintenance stuff.
Anyone recently sign on for a 7-8yr extended service and how much in CAD?
