Ok, truck after 3.5 years is in for its first item to be fixed, and its the rear vent on the back wall. One is trying to fall out, and is messed up. So took it in, as I have the Premium Care ESP. Well, they called and yes needs replaced. Everything else is a green check, service man said nothing is wrong at all. But dang, $360! Of course, the ESP doesn't cover it 
Has anyone done this? Do you really need to move bed back?
I told them go ahead and do it since its there, I was sure hoping the ESP covered it.
