One of the things about the F-150 that I am not thrilled with is the rear taillights. The lights themselves are fine it is just the area that lights up for the brakes in the rear is tiny. There is a lot of "foot space" or area that lights up from the side but you need it from the rear.
Because of this I was thinking of adding something like the Putco light bar. I have seen other trucks with a set up like this and seeing when they are braking is easy and unmissable. So I went out to measure and see what that area under the tailgate looked like.
My first thought when I looked underneath it was "WHY". This completely ruined the nice clean line for the lights.
No soup for me.
