Has anyone been successful in retrofitting a 2021 Job 1 XLT with pro trailer hitch assist?
I have a 302a with co pilot assist 2.0 so I have the 4 parking sensors front and back. i also already have pro trailer back up assist.
I have an early 2021 IPMA so I should be ok there with the needed chips. I've made the forscan changes which enabled the hitch assist screens but I get an error when its time for the truck to actually make the moves to the coupler. I think that means I need the Active Park Assist hardware.
I think I need to add the 2 front and 2 back side sensors. Anyone do that yet with the 4 sensors already installed? If so how did the wiring work? Is there a harness that can be plugged into the harness for the 4 sensors (front and back) or do I need to wire all the way back to the IPMA?
