I pulled a console out on a 7.2kw ProPower, thereby removing one of the plugs outlets in the rear. The jump seat is just wired for USB A/C and 12V. Since then I am getting the ProPower service is unavailable. Based on other threads my leading assumption is because the out let is unplugged, akin to this message popping up for users that have the rear disconnected during a spray on bed liner.

I was hoping Forscan might be able to be able to reconfigure the truck to show it without the console, as other trucks I see with 7.2kW system and a jump seat don't have a second outlet in the cab. I don't see anything in the ForScan spread sheet for the "DCACA - Direct Current/Alternating Current Converter Module A", one of the modules that was re-calibrated via a TSB.

I am unsure if this is the right direction to pursue, hoping to get more pointers if anyone has them. The local dealer cannot see me till August, which is untenable for the camping we want to do.

And to get a ahead of questions, we need the six seats (family of six) and I saw a local pickup that hit everything else but had the console. Some research before buying showed it was easy to swap out. I didn't anticipate as many electrical issues.
