Picked up my Powerboost Supercrew with the 6.5’ bed last week. Even with the Max Tow option, I am very pleased with the ride quality. Ride quality is noticeably better than our Explorer Sport. It reminds me of how cars used to ride before everything was geared towards being sporty and letting the driver “feel the road”. Driving along is like riding around in a cushy recliner.

My platinum has the FX4 package, and this is my first truck ever, so I don't have much experience nor a point of reference in terms of ride quality when it comes to pickup trucks.

I had no expectations and I'm pleasantly surprised by how smooth (and quiet!) the ride is. Bumps and potholes, which we have in abundance here, get absorbed very decently and without fuss. There's a fair amount of body roll though, but I'm sure this is par for the course when it comes to trucks.

I just traded from a 2018 F-150 and this drives super nice compared.

I drove a 4x4 and an Fx4 back to back. Both 2021 and 20" wheels. My daughter and I both felt the Fx4 was a smoother ride.
