Like Roger said, it's the term Ford uses to signify dealers can submit retail orders/special orders. In other words, it's ok for them to submit customer's build requests beyond their stock orders. Thank you... it makes sense now why I can not get any feedback that my order is in process because it probably is not LOL Hopefully the 'OK to buy' happens soon.
