PB Platinum suspension options with adjustability

Greetings,

I am beginning my overland build on my PB Platinum. I am looking for a coilover and rear shock with adjustability. I am leaning more towards the RC Vertex, are there better options for cheaper or slightly more?

Is it even worth it to get something adjustable or should I just get a Fox 2.0 or the Bilstein 5160/6112 combo
