Passenger seat rattle

I have had my '21 F-150 for 2 weeks now am hearing a rattle coming from the passenger seat when I hit a bump. I have seen other posts on here about cabin rattles and have ripped my truck apart trying to narrow it down and I think there is something loose inside the seat. A Google search shows other people with similar issues with loose dampers, etc but on older F-150s. Anyone else have a similar issue? From what I can tell, there is no easy way to get the leather off the seat (no zipper I can find) and I don't want to ruin it.. I guess I could take it to the dealer, but I'm afraid I will get the 'ol "We couldn't find anything wrong" answer...

My occasional rattle in 2021 front passenger seat is just the seatbelt clamp tapping the door side. I loop the seatbelt around seat bolster when not in use.

I found this site searching for clues on a dash rattle in my new 2022 F-150 XLT SuperCrew I've only had for four weeks. The rattle sounds like its coming from center to right side of dash and only on rough roads. I will need my wife to drive while I try to find it. I've got to find it before it drives me crazy or I have to keep turning the radio up.

After many hours of searching, I found a loose 13mm bolt above the headliner. The washer was loose and rattling against the roof! Tightened it up and it's quiet in the cab now.

Not sure if it the cause or not, but I have a similar rattle that comes and goes. Think I have it narrowed down to the ambient lighting led. It’s very loose and I can rattle it around and it sounds identical to the sound while driving. Sometime soon I will get under there and secure it and see if that eliminates the rattle.
