My dealer messed my order up and forgot the partitioned foldable lockable storage. My truck should be hear in the next few weeks and I found one from a guy who removed his. Will it be able to be added to mine?

It's likely that they only have one set of floors so that all come with bolt holes for the add on. You'll have to try to feel in your carpet if the holes are there

Does the Partitioned Foldable Lockable Storage come standard on the xlt 302a or you still have to add it? I'm getting conflicting answers from dealership.

I have a 302A XLT, and the Partitioned Foldable Lockable Storage DOES NOT come standard.

If you have a 2.0 generator you’re not able to have the foldable stored because the battery or something is in the way for mounting

It is not standard on any trim, has to be added as an option.

You have to add it on every trim but the Limited.
I know thats what it says on the Ford Build but the Partitioned Lockable Fold-Flat Storage was included/standard on my Limited
That's correct. It comes standard on only the Limited.

It does not come standard on the Limited. You have to add it an option ($215 MSRP), or it is included with certain other options (in my case it was automatically included when I added the 3.5L Hybrid Powerboost (which also automatically included the 7.2kw generator).

I stand corrected. Just checked the B&P page. Thanks.

This is a mass produced truck with the same cab shell on every single model (crew cab in this instance). What is installed inside the cab may differ based on the package you choose, but anything that is built into the shell should not differ. All that to say, you should be able to find the mounting points for the lockable storage under the carpet.

Did you custom order it, or take it off the lot? If you bought it off the lot, the window sticker should say it was an option that the dealer selected at the time they placed the order for it.

The Limited has just about EVERY interior box ticked as standard besides the Interior Work Surface, Max Recline seats, and the Fold Flat Storage. Ford wants to wring a few more dollars out of you for those!

My underseat bin is where I put a snatch strap, flares, fire extinguisher, gloves, bungee cords and ratchet cargo straps, jumper cables, and similar items that do not fit in the glove box or the center console.

For the bed I use either a wood cross panel or a cargo bar to keep items from sliding forward and they are sitting on a thick rubber bed mat as well. I am a big fan of collapsible crates that I can keep in place with bungee cords through the hand slots. With my fiberglass cap and black side curtains whatever is in the bed is out of sight and not going to tempt a thief.

When not hauling large items I mount a tool chest using turnbuckles to keep it in place. It is 6 x 4 x 1.2 feet in size and makes it easy to carry small items around and be able to quickly get at them. Anyone who tried to get inside the draws would need to defeat the rear tailgate lock, camper shell lock and the two draw locks. No one has ever tried in the past 11 years that I have had it in my trucks (easy to move from one truck to another one).
