OTA Installation in progress for days

Is this normal to have a OTA stuck with status installation in progress for many days? I saw it queued and usually the next morning its installed and I get a notification. This time it just appears to be stuck and inside the truck everything works fine and there is no indication of any update.

Normal for Fords disastrous attempt at OTA’s? Yes.
