Hi folks...ongoing dilemma.
Ordered a new 2025 F-150 (11/14/24) that was built 2/18/25 and never was shipped and we ended up purchasing an alternative 3/28/25 that our dealer located in DEN 150 miles away. Since the 3/29 I have been unable to gain access to [email protected] to obtain access to tutorials, lessons specifically towards towing and use of the pro power onboard 7.2Kw inverter.
Despite multiple attempts (dozens of inquiries w/ marketing, internal and customer relations over the past 3+ weeks and at least 3 hours of phone conversation) I can't ever gain any response nor access to schedule any tutorials or lessons.
[email protected] simply FAILS to respond to e-mail queries from me nor internal ford bureaucracy messaging w/ case #s assigned by Ford marketing. [email protected] appears to be completely isolated in their own world without access except by email or internal responses from marketing or internal "affairs".
I've been informed that there are zero ways even 'supervisor to supervisor' protocols....and yet I'm told to wait 1-2 MORE bizniz days for gvt to contact me...been 3 full week days and no response nor access. The universal response from people at Ford that I've had phone conversations with "THIS IS THE FIRST TIME....". Yes I'm the first who ordered and had a vehicle built and never received the built vehicle and was never shipped for 2+ months and the first one to never gain access via [email protected]...perhaps I should pick some lottery #s!
Any input?
Any favorite or great on-line tutorial videos for the above mentioned interests?
