Hello.
I know it's not an F-150, but it's also a Ford and maybe someone has encountered this problem before.
I bought a 2024 Ford Escape 2.0 250KM. I'm having trouble engaging the automatic transmission. After starting the engine and turning the (GSM) knob to, for example, R, the LED starts flashing and then switches to P. The IPC displays a transmission failure message. I should add that the car arrived with the option to turn all four wheels (the transmission doesn't lock the wheels). There's no emergency switch to N (there's no release strap). What can I do to get the transmission to engage?
