Hopefully this is the right place. I recently upgraded to a 2022 XLT FX4 from a Maverick and haven't been able to activate my truck with FordPass, use wireless Android Auto (works with a cable) or open the connectivity menu. I took it back to the dealer since it was under their 90 day warranty and their infotainment guy replaced the APIM module after having it for over a week but the issues weren't fixed (not confident they ever will since it's CarMax tbh). I tried rebooting the TCU module thru ForScan and also unplugging the TCU behind the rear passenger seat and leaving it unplugged close to 20 hours and it still isn't working.
Sync is showing version 23159 after the new APIM module (was originally on 21xxx or something similar w/o the fullscreen option), so I'm pretty sure that there's plenty of updates that it's behind on. If I click on check for updates, it says there's no new updates available.
Is this something that updating the ECU modules with FDRS and the Mongoose cable could fix or do you think it's something deeper? I tried calling my local Ford dealer to see if the truck was still under the factory warranty and let them look into it but it isn't. Thanks for any help or input in advance
