Loud Noise- When putting truck into reverse

Loud noise started recently with my phone using CarPlay and my wife’s phone. When you put the truck in reverse, a loud screeching noise comes thru the speakers. I am clueless. Truck has had no recent updates. Has anyone had this issue?

iPhones are 13 and 15 models.
