Lockable back seat storage & bedliner questions

Can you get that locking storage under the back seats on a SCAB ? Is there a plastic bedliner that's better than the factory Ford one?

No, the fold flat storage is only for the screw. I got the Ford spray in liner, which I’m told is not a good as Line-X. I have never used a drop-in plastic liner before, but I’m sure most aftermarket will be better option for that.
