Has anyone here used lemon law on their truck due to the on going Transmission Shudder? Or...does anyone have any info for a class action lawsuit that may have been filed? Or...can anyone recommend a Lemon Law attorney in South Florida. Obviously there is no repair available for the problem so something has to be done.

There's a TSB for harsh shifting, and PCM updates that also aid in how Smith the truck drives. Have you done both things?

As far as class action, good luck.

Yes I’ve done all of it. The truck is still in the shop collecting dust. Good for you if your truck doesn’t have issues but there are plenty that do. Keep your fingers crossed. I’m investigating options. Unlike some here, I’m not interested in work arounds to make this truck drivable. I’m also not interested in waiting months for a potential fix that may never come.

Just sell the truck to Carvana or someone like that. You'll probably get near what you paid for it. Then move on to something else.... Easy.

If you go to the shudder post that has over 44K views (but it's not problem according to some) there is a post in there that talks about someone who started looking into class action route. There are over 300 comments (its not a problem according to some)but I believe there is a comment about it in there.

" I’m also not interested in waiting months for a potential fix that may never come". I would file a class-action lawsuit, that is the fastest route to resolution.
