Saturday night I looked under my 21 KR to inspect the emergency brake harness. What I found was a very leaky rear diff.

I decided to drop by my dealership Monday morning to make an appointment because I needed to travel the end of the week.

The service manager said leave it we got this. It turned out to be the pinion seal. They replaced it, did the the wiper arm recall, and performed the works service ( at my request) and I got it back at 5:30

FASTEST service ever from my dealer!

Sounds like good service for sure.
Seems like it's hit and miss whether or not you can get in for anything in a timely manner these days. I think my dealer is one of the better ones so i'm lucky.
My pinion seal started leaking at 13k mi.....They usually don't leak unless you have a ton of miles/years on them or the pinion/bearings are having issues.....let's hope it was just a bad batch of seals...
