Lariat with Baja Leather

Greetings, first post. I've used the search and haven't been able to come up with an answer, so seeking input here.

I've been messing around with the 2021 build and price, but one thing I find is that no matter what I try, I cannot add Baja Tan leather to a Lariat; either I can go with the Medium Dark Slate, or if I choose sport appearance it gives me the Black interior. Whenever I try to select "Baja Tan" leather, it prompts me to change my configuration to XLT and changes the material to cloth. I does not seem to matter what Lariat packages I add, or even if I try to make interior color my first selection before any other options. If it matters, I have been configuring SCREW, 5'5" box, 4x4, 3.5EB, Lariat trims with various combos of options and appearance packages.

Is this a glitch in the configuration tool? Has Baja Tan been suspended or dropped? Is there a shortage making it temporarily unavailable? Is there some function or option that's locking me out? I can't seem to find anything about this online, I see pictures with Lariats having a tan leather interior, and I know its listed in the option guides for 2021 and 2022, so I'm at a loss...

The B&P has had known issues since April. I would not trust it to show what is available.
Your best bet would be to study the current build guide (1/3/22), work with a dealer to see if the configuration you want is available, and then go back into the order guide and double check it.

The website is responding with an erroneous warning - if you click "YES" after the pop-up box advises the changes require an XLT with cloth vs. a Raptor with leather, you'll see that you are selecting a Lariat and the Baja Tan interior is selected.

Ultimately, the dealer will be making the order then you will gt a print out, to verify everything is correct. Don't put too much faith in the website.

Thanks, glad to know there are some known issues with the B&P; looking at the 1/3/22 build guide, Baja Tan leather appears to be available on the Lariat.

I will absolutely be placing an order through a dealer and will be triple-checking my order sheet to make sure everything is what I intend. I've just been using the B&P to ballpark pricing and get an idea of what configuration I need.

Mine is a Oxford White Lariat with Baja Interior. Will be here next Tuesday.
