Just Ordered my First Ford F-150 Lariat 5.0

Got order confirmation email from Ford Tuesday morning. Went to Ford customer service chat. They said I was unscheduled/clean and told me my priority code was 03. What are my chances of being scheduled for production next week? Coyote 5.0, Black Appearance Pack, 3.73, mobile office, FX4 Off-road, spray bed liner, and wheel well liners. Any feedback would be much appreciated!

Congratulations and good luck. I ordered my 24 Lariat back in November 23 and it's build, but I have not received any info when it will arrive at the dealership. Last I heard it's on HOLD at the Ford plant in Kansas for a "Quality inspection" whatever that means. A $70,000.00+ vehicle and they can't deliver it on time. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!

Very similar build to mine, including the 5.0. Haven't seen them do to many runs of the 5.0 recently, so maybe we're due!

That said, I haven't received my order accepted email or VIN, and I ordered March 7th. Be prepared to wait, unless you get lucky and get slotted into production sooner.

Good Build ?? Let's hope we both get scheduled soon. I'm curious you should have at least got a order confirmation email from Ford. I did the day after my dealership put in my order.

Your priority code was a special dealer code, mine was the regular old 19, the lowest priority for a dealer customer order. It doesn't make a huge difference from 10-19, but I think yours makes a difference here ay 03

Can't the dealers just lie about the priority code? I went to my dealer and he showed me priority was the highest in the system. He showed me other orders and he changed a few of the codes to show me how it changes in the system.

I was thinking to myself, can't they just change the code once I leave? They can say whatever they want to make the sale and if there are more profitable sales than yours, you can bet they'll be getting those coming in first.

Then again, I don't know anything about this beyond what he showed me on his computer. Maybe they're hardcoded to the order, I don't know.

Good to hear your Truck is close to being built ??. I found out my priority code from Ford's customer service chat they told me my priority code was 03.
My salesman was the Fleet sales manager at the dealership.

Got confirmation email from Ford last Thursday my truck is SCHEDULED FOR PRODUCTION week of May 13, 2024! Let's go!!! ??
