Is this the most pointless ad campaign by Ford?

Every Ford website you goto this pops up. Its meaningless. Are the trucks only built for the holidays then you store them away or is Ford building 2020 trucks for the holidays? I just don't see the point of the campaign other than they told Jones, "hey, we need a catch this season".

Don't take this too serious. I'm only busting chops, but I think Ford could have done better.

I’ve seen that same ad with incentives tied only to 2020 models

The one saving grace is that they don't have a 2021 F-150 pictured...as very few of us are getting a new truck 'built for the holidays!'
