I have a Lightning reservation but I am looking at traditional F150s as well since I am so far down the list. Is there a spreadsheet for the regular F150s that list all the options and what trims they come in like there is for the lightnings. I know the lightning choices are more streamlined so maybe this is not quite as easy.

I was looking at an XLT mid but wanted adaptive cruise and lane centering and once I optioned it out for that I found a Lariat base wasn't much more. I wasn't sure what else I was getting and if I could be loosing anything of a going from XLT Mid to base Larriet.

Notable mentions to speed this up on why I think Lariat is nicer -
Factory leather seats with venting
Trim molding throughout
gauge cluster
4a 4wd option
Dual climate is lariat and up only I'm pretty sure as well
The headlights get bumped up to max on lariat high but as long as you get LEDs thats what matters.

Overall just really like the interior a lot more on a lariat. Its hard to answer your qustion because unlike the lightning Ford lets you choose things instead of grouping them into $10k categories.
Best bet is to build them both out and compare the spec sheet at the end. I had a Lariat mid built out but once I added everything it was smarter to just get the Lariat high so you never know.

Thank... you this is very helpful. I was starting with XLT Mid and then comparing to Lariat base. To me the leather plus the lane centering and active cruise are mostly what I what I care about. So I flip back from base truck (where I would add leather covers) or go all in. This will help me figure out the other difference that will likely just drive me to get it optioned out better from factory

I believe you have to opt for the 502A package in order to get the LED lights.

Pretty sure the LEDs are standard 302a+ but the 502a gets the same headlights as king ranch, platimum etc with the bending, auto leveling etc

You are likely correct. I test drove a 2021 Lariat and didn't think it had the LED lights, it was a 501A. Once I learned you needed the 502A to get the heated steering wheel and 2nd row seats I didn't look any further. Got to have the heated wheel in Minnesota!

You can get the optional halogens but I thought that was a new thing for 2022 so maybe.

You get the snow a bit worse than I do I bet being in ohio but im right off the water so we get it good sometimes :ROFLMAO: I've never had heated seats or 4WD before either so my body is ready. Supposedly going to be a rough winter they are saying.
