IPC Gauges on when truck is off?

Anyone ever notice their instrument panel cluster gauges on when the truck is off? I've noticed several times at night when my IPC gauges are on but has no data showing (bluescreen). I've seen the SYNC 12" screen do the same thing but never at the same time. Last night the IPC gauges were on for at least 4 hours before I went to bed. I checked this morning and no changes to SYNC or OTA.

I was hoping it was trying to upload/download/install OTA updates but I'm still stuck on 1.7.1.

After driving for a bit the truck has now gone backwards with OTA. It's now at 1.6.0. My best guess at this point is that it's something with APIM or IPC and is related to the OTA issues. It's still stuck, but I've never seen it go backwards.

Just so those in the thread know there was an active attempt of an OTA at the time of this. So it coincides. So if anyone else sees this behavior then its would be safe to assume an OTA attempt is being made,

His failed so it doesn't mean it will be successful but just in case anyone else has this happen and is curious

So I just read this thread and by coincidence I went to walk a neighbor kid home and when I got back I noticed this. I assume I'm getting an OTA update?

Only when I walk near the truck, it'll eventually turn back off.
