How to get a wire from bed into cab?

Is there anywhere under the truck that I can run a wire into the cab? I need to install a cell phone booster and don't like the idea of running the wire in the door jam.

Where does it need to go? There should be a plug up at the driver’s side floor mat area. Mine has a grommet there for the powered running boards to come through. If you don’t have PRBs, there should still be a plug there. Just crawl under there and look around, there are a few places.

If you haven't done it yet.
There is a grommet behind the rear passenger seatback. Just pull back the insulation and it's the only round thing on the wall. I pulled the grommet into the car, used a loop to catch the cable on the outside, pulled it into the cab, fed it through the grommet and reinstalled the grommet.

My cable hid nicely around the rear glass down from the roof to the grommet location.
