How long until service visits show up in Ford Pass?

I had my first scheduled man appointment yesterday, but it still has not shown up in Ford Pass. I see that there is a way for me to manually add one, bu wouldn’t the dealer add the visit information?

I hav had it take up to 2 weeks. Not quick at all.

I have had three oil changes , had the window wiper replaced on warranty and purchased and installed winter tires and nothing shows on service history
