I've been trying to get warranty support for a month on a bed cover I bought earlier in the year. Nothing is ever done, they said they could ship me the parts but never did. What's the deal? How do you ACTUALLY get warranty support for a Real Truck brand?
I will tell you that they are struggling with supplier issues right now. I'm waiting on an Undercover warranty replacement item that was supposed to ship 8/4 and hasn't. I'm also waiting on an Extang warranty replacement item that Realtruck has approved to switch to a BAK MX4 Gen 3 because they feel like they can get it to me sooner but it's still going to be another 10 days or so.
For what it's worth, we had a cover on another truck and Leer was able to get stuff out the next day. Their customer service is top notch.
I'm sorry that you've had trouble getting word back about your warranty claim. I know that a lot of times, this is a time sensitive matter and I understand the urgency to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Well, I finally got some movement on this today. It came after putting in the effort to get a response through numerous contact methods, which I don't think is a coincidence. A case of squeeky wheel gets the grease maybe? It shouldn't be this difficult and time consuming. Anyway, if there is a problem with the parts shipped or I have another issue in the future, I'll come here and try the forum contact. Thanks!
