Hello all, I'm new to this site but have been reading many threads here lately.
I have a 2021 f150, crew cab, 5.0, xl, fx4, stx, velocity blue, 275/60/20's. It sits factory except a dual exhaust.

I'm looking at the rough country 2in lift and you choose different shocks or not. It seems more like a leveling kit but says lift. Anyway it's spacer up front and block in rear. Question is can I just use my factory shocks and if anyone has experience with this please let me know. I know, I know you normally get what you pay for and this is pretty inexpensive. Just looking for a little more clearance and same ride quality.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to discussions here.

Just run a spacer and no new shocks if you want the exact same ride. Especially if you have low miles on your truck.
If you want a “better” ride run a bilstien 5100 kit, eibach kit, or fox kit. You definitely get what you pay for!

Thanks for the reply. I have 37,000 on it now. It needs a inspection in December and not going to pass with these factory pos tires. I go to WV to deer hunt in nov, so was thinking the rough country and new tires for now.

Thanks again

So it's time. In your opinion, should I go to a dedicated off road shop? My normal shop says they can do this installation. Plus I have new tires (same size as factory but more aggressive) to be installed and alignment.. Also, what do you think a price should range? Thanks everyone

Nah, its basically pulling the front shock/coil over and reinstalling. Should be ok for a good mechanic to do.
