I purchased a new 23 powerboost 3 weeks ago and it had a heated steering wheel. But just gets mild warm. Dealer says the wheel needs replaced No parts no ETA. Wish I would have know of this issue before

New parts are unlikely to fix it. Temperature and duration can be changed in forscan.

Just thought that I'd report back that they finally got mine installed under the program. It took 3 trips to the dealer as apparently when they took it apart the second time they then realized that they also needed to change the steering wheel which was on backorder. The wheel came in this week and was installed.

Don't know. I didn't do anything special, just received the letter from Ford. Yes I had the discount.

that’s so strange considering they told people if you had the $140 discount you don’t get anything.

Is anyone able to check my VIN to see if my truck is able to have the heated steering wheel installed under "Heated Steering Wheel Performance Upgrade 22G06". I did not get the letter but received the $140 credit and it was built in Dearborn. VIN: 1FTFW1E83PFA34969
