Grille+ New headlights… Parking lamp issues?

I got these new headlights installed Friday and noticed that after the startup animation they do, something weird happens where the parking lamps and drl around the light shut off. It happens randomly and mostly happens when I shut the truck off. The only way I can get the grille lights to come back on is by manually turning them back and which resets everything back to normal. The grille lights come on when I hit unlock/lock but they quit after the glitch happens. Not very experienced in wiring and such so just curious if anyone would know the issue!!

I had alpha rex headlights before and the grille worked perfectly so I know it’s not the grille. Just don’t know if I wired something wrong. I have an adapter that hooks up between the truck harness and headlight itself which has two wires for the grille. Seems like no one online has had this issue before…
