Got my new truck - and its gone!

I had originally reserved an XLT from a dealership in my area. As of 3 weeks ago it still shows in production. I gave up on it and started looking at Lariats. Found one but it had a V8 which I mentioned here before wasn't my cup of yea. it also had leather seats which suck here in New Hampshire, plus I just like the cloth seats better (to each thier own). Kept looking online for another truck with 40/20/40 seating and came across another XLT with dual sunroof. Has everything I want except assist, but it does have lane keep and 360 cameras. My payment is going down plus I'm going a sunroof, so overall I'm happy. Salesman said to come after 5pm. Must be prepping it. Same dealer I mentioned Im not happy with. I won't be using them for service anyways.

I think the only reason I won’t be using my dealer for service is because he is just not convenient to my location. All but this dealer refused to order my my new vehicle when I decided to buy one—would not even let me into the showroom (damned COVID).
But this dealer worked well for me 15 yrs ago when I bought the Ranger. Better deal at the time as the 06 models were gonna start trickling in within a week or so.
I got the new one at invoice minus any available incentives and I am good with that.

What dealer? I'm in NH and started asking for quotes from local dealers on a build and it seems I get 1 question after their initial response and then its either "why don't you come in" or ... I get not response. For some reason I thought ordering would be easier than the nightmare of buying off the lot.

Question about the tow mirrors - Can you see any of the yellow side light on the side of the mirror from the driver's seat? I would think that would be helpful to judge the mirror width at night.

Just got word mine is in the dispatched status and should be here this weekend. I will try to get before pictures of the Rapid Red Metallic with power boost before I send out to get leather seat covers and have the front end lifted 2". Then post after pictures.

Just a quick little update. I keep getting this message pop up on my dash. I have slide the tray in every direction. I can get the message to go away for a while, but then it comes back. Some kind of sensor. I can't really afford to take the truck in for service right now so I'm living with it. Its too bad mine even has the work tray, I'm not using it, probably never will. I leave the center up.

I’m sure it needs to be not angled, but does it need to be pushed all the way back?
I can see where it may be convenient in the forward position, but perhaps the senso says “put the damned thing in the rearmost spot-home)
