Again expectations beat at big valley ford in Stockton. I had a front hub noise that was replaced under warranty. While I was there I asked about the knobs on the ac bend that had come off. The service adviser said they would look into it. Anyway I was sent home with a loaner car as they were got going to test my battery do to software upgrade not uploading. Later that day he called and said they ordered new vents for truck as they didn’t have any I. The parts department. When I got my truck the next day I saw that they had been replaced . When I asked what changed they said they realized I drove 60 miles to do business which them so they had the parts shipped overnight and installed before I picked the truck back up. When you buy your next vehicle remember that the service counts. Thank you Big Valley Ford.
