Glove box scratch removing !

Just got my used 2021 and noticed some light scratches ( probably dog nails) on the glove box.
Any ideas on how to get rid of them or at least make it esthetically nicer to the eye .

a magic eraser and some all purpose cleaner. The magic eraser is mildly abrasive, so do a few motions at a time and multiple applications. This will not perfect it but will even out the surface. All detailers use this method on door panels that get kicked and on door sill plastics!

If it’s black, I like to use China markers. Pencil it on and smudge it in with your finger. The scratch is still there but way less noticeable. You can heat the pencil for s as second with a lighter to make it softer (easier to smudge).

Did you ever find a way to fix this? My dog scratched my upper glove box as you described.

I had a guy who specializes in interior trim repair come to my place . He lightly scuffed the glove box and painted to color match , which isn’t exactly black , it has some hues of blue to it .

Very happy with the result. I also had him do the air bag plastic trim underneath the glove box.
