Garage Door Opener Won’t Pair

Cannot program my truck’s garage door opener on the sunshade to my garage door. No issues with my other vehicle (4Runner) or my portable opener but the Ford opener itself will not pair despite me following the instructions (it ain’t rocket science). Anyone else have this issue?

i used this video and it worked. It uses the remote. I was not able to make it pair to the actual unit on the ceiling initially kinda like you...

Thank you, between that and this other video, I figured it out. Seems like it wants to program on the middle button and not the first button. I also didn’t realize you needed to use the hand held opener. Thanks!!
