Fords tracking

Getting anxious scratching my head over some people receiving a claim status/order processing from Ford but I haven’t seen any emails from Ford regarding this order. Yes, I got the VIN and a build date, However would just like to know if there’s a way I can track it like some peeps on Fords website. Sales code and order code isn’t doing me much good. And FP ain’t helping anymore…suggestions?

Would like to know how to receive a tracking number and/or authorization number.

To track you need your VIN and order number, which is sounds like you have.

What about those above trackers does not work? I enter my VIN and order number (sales code) on either of the first two links and it pulls up my info. The ford one is down a lot in my experience and is useless. If the first two links don't get you any info, I would check with your sales guy and make sure you are scheduled.
