1000 miles in, zero oil consumption and doing my break-in oil change. I noticed that there is a foam cover on the driver side valve cover but not on the passenger side. Seems odd that they would choose to only put one on one side… is this normal or did someone forget to put it on?
Edit: seems to be how it is, odd choice. There’s also a bracket on the crossmember near the oil drain that has clips something could screw into but there is nothing…. I’m guessing attachment point for an optional guard or something… as it is, seems to be a good source for making rattling noises.
