F150 PowerBoost Hybrid Loses Power

I had left my home 15 minutes before stopping at a stop sign while waiting for oncoming traffic to clear. My opening came and I accelerated and clunk, grind, nothing...lurch, stop. Thankfully I was able to stay out of the lanes of crossing traffic. Truck would not go into gear, forward, backwards, manual, nothing.

I was able to roll back to the side of the street and call a tow truck. Truck has been at dealership all day and I have NO ANSWERS and NO TRUCK and NO CALL WITH STATUS.

The truck would not hold in Park - it rolled back.

The truck is a 2022 and has 50,815 miles.

Any thoughts?

But no compensation for being a pain in the arse - feel like I should get money back from Ford for "days not available for use" not related to me being negligent.
