If/when this happens in mine, and it's as painful as described, I'm rigging a circuit switch to that fuse since that fuse seems to be the most failsafe method for stopping the event.
In fact, if this issue continues to get zero reports of progress (I've read not one promising post regarding) I'm going to do the switch preventivly.
I was going to use a RF controlled relay to make it easy to disconnect the power to the amp, but I'm not sure what type the amp connector is and how to get a male and female of that type to add the switch in line.

Either a switch on the yellow Enable/Clip line, or better yet all power to the DSP in case it is crashing and is not responding the the enable/clip voltage level.

Me too. Lightning Platinum. I did not know this thread was here until after I posted my starter in the Lightning forum. I don’t run apple carplay or android auto.
Here was my experience.

Try unbuckling seatbelt and driving till the nanny beeps. Worked for me accidentally.

Anyone experience an extremely loud noise explosion from the speakers and then clicking static? Truck has 350 miles. Drove 45 miles to an appointment this morning with no issues. Parked with radio on about “level” 5 when truck turned off. Was in appointment for about 90 minutes. Came back to truck and using fob to unlock as I reentered the truck. When I pressed start I was jolted literally out of my seat by an explosion of sound. Hi pitched sonic boom from all speakers then what I’d describe as late night loud FM static coming from speakers. I did not restart since I had already made that mistake once but tried all audio controls and touchscreen to turn down and off static. Did not work. When I finally decided to try to start the truck again the static stopped momentarily, truck came on and static was still present and no touchscreen or controls worked. I put the truck in drive and slowly drove around the parking lot to make sure I did not get any Mach E stop vehicle now messages. After a couple hundred yards I headed to the exit and when I got over the seatbelt warning threshold and nanny started bonging the static went away. No issues on my 45 mile trip back home.
Ford or anyone here, I’m concerned about this. It’s been 2 hours and my ears are still ringing. This could be a serious issue for child passengers or anyone for that fact. I have a video with audio of the clicking from my smartphone but not the beginning explosion of sound. I’m going to check my dashcam next to see if it captured the full event. Thanks.

Hello, Robert! Send us a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local Ford dealer. I’d be happy to see what I can do to assist with this. Thanks!

I have had the same pooping and now crackling in my new F150 Lariat. The initial noise is explosive and the cracking only stops when you switch the system off. Can someone help?
"Pooping.... explosive...?" HAHAHA

I got into my truck this morning and heard what sounded like glass breaking and thought my vehicle had been shot (there is approximately 1000 miles on the truck). Then I realized there was no sound for the entire truck, blue tooth, warning sounds, or phone. I did not try the seatbelt warning. After coming to a safe stop, I shut the vehicle down and restarted without any change. I believe I could smell a slight hint of "electrical burn" but could not swear to that. After approximately 4 miles I arrived at my office, turned the vehicle off with acc. still active, turned on the car play pandora and it was working. All sounds appear to be working now.
I am very concerned!

Mine's in the shop now, dealer says they are changing some parts, seems like Ford has a fix.
Did they fix anything for you? I'd be curious what parts were changed if you wouldn't mind sharing.

This issue keeps happening to my 2022 Ford Raptor along with a rattling exhaust and flickering headlight. Worst part is my local dealer won't schedule me because I didn't buy the truck from them. As an attorney, I am going to pursue possible litigation against them for refusal to service based on not buying a truck from them.

I just had the same issue with a 2022 Lightning Platinum at 800 miles. Luckily, I was stopped at a red light when the pop and deafening noise "exploded" in the cabin. I already had hearing loss, and I am sure it just got worse. I turned the vehicle off, got out, locked the door, and the noise still continued for several seconds. After the noise stopped, I got back in and restarted, and the noise returned. I had to drive my truck for at least 20 minutes to get home with the deafening noise continuing for the entire trip. An hour later my ears are ringing and I have a terrible headache. After about 10 minutes, I also smelled the "electrical burn" that Joe H. reported. It was strong enough that I looked around the cabin for smoke, but I did not see any. Something has definitely overheated. I am a retired Licensed Professional Engineer with over 50 years of Engineering and Safety experience. I am reporting this to NHTSA as a safety issue.

Same issue on my 2022 F150 Limited, twice so far this week. Also, received a notification in the FordPass app that vehicle entered "deep sleep mode" last week - not sure if the two are related? I've attached a video of the sound...
