Hi All,

Probably a stupid question but I have searched the forum and can't seem to find relevant info.

I have been using the Order Track website and have no idea what 'View Modules' link does. What insight does this give into the production of my truck (blend date 6/6)

Can someone explain or link to a thread?

When you go threw the "modules" link there will be a list of hundreds of codes listed. That means your truck is finally "alive". With be a day or so after your build. I would expect with a 6/6 build to see the modules listed by 6/8ish

It’s not really useful to you except to know your truck is alive We know the 754 modules are the big ones that people were on hold for and you can see in the page or in your Ford Pass when you get the Activate button

Super helpful.

So in a few days, if I have the '754' module populated, it is a good indication I might be able to avoid the dreaded chip hold?

Also does the 'activate button' in the ford app indicate the build is complete without missing chips?

Not sure if it means there are no other chip issues, but I know a lot of us got stuck in it. I was 9 weeks on chip hold with no 754 modules. Then one day my Ford Pass popped up with the activate button and then I came off chip hold.

Now I’m in production received and no one seems to know what that means

the 754 missing code is for the modem of your truck. They were in short supply. It's the "brain" of the truck located behind the rear seat. When you have it the ford pass can activate.

My truck was on chip hold for wiper motors.

Everything is classified as "chip hold" even if its actual hard parts.

Modules populating was the last exciting thing for me, that was April 2nd. No 754's, been a terrible wait game since.
Hopefully you avoid that...

I thought the module wait was bad, but the “I’m not really sure” from the dealer and Marketing line is worse. They both told me they aren’t sure what’s going on with it saying received but still being in production and not showing built in the system. Said normally received means the carrier has it but that it usually says built in the system first. Murphy
