I've got the check engine light for P2450 3x times now since having this truck for a year. Just came on for me again yesterday after having taken this back for repair 2x previous times.

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm not sure how common it is but am not seeing any posts for it yet.

Did you end up getting a solution for this? I recently got this error after having to replace engine bay 12v battery. :( Scheduled next week for an appointment hoping its nothing major.

I haven’t experienced it on an F-150. I did experience this code on an Escape. As the link regarding the Ranger noted, it was a stuck open emissions valve. Like with the Ranger it was in a really stupid spot and I ended up letting the dealer do it at significant expense. Hopefully, the F-150’s is more accessible.

Anyone scouring the web, same issue, same location as the ranger. They had to drop the fuel tank to replace this part.

Fix for mine was replacing the pressure sensor in the gas tank. It required them drooping the tank.
