ELM 27 for Forscan

I had bought an ELM 27 for my 2021 F150 Hybrid and every time I connect to forscan I get a message that my Adair’s not compatible with my truck. Can anyone tell me which one they use on their truck that works. Mine will only work on HS.oh and also those error codes? Have any of you got those codes? How did you get rid of them?

oh and I finally found the right set of tires. I went with the Toyo Open Country A/T IIILT285 /70 R18 127S E1 BSW. Weight 58 Lbs.
