Driver side window won’t go down all the way

Does anyone have an issue where the drivers side window won’t go all the way down? Mine is about 2” from going all the way. Passenger side is fine.

Have you tried resetting the window? Hold the button down for 10 seconds and then up for 10 seconds...relearns the settings. The window should be OK...

As I told DougMuster - Call your local dealer and they can talk you through the reset over the phone. At least, my dealer did when it happened to me. If I remember correctly, you lower the window down holding down on the button about 3 seconds after it goes to the bottom. Then, do the same raising it (not on auto - hold the button up) and hold the button about 3 seconds after reaching the top. Do that sequence 3 times and it will reset itself. It worked for me when I had window problems and also for DougMuster

I have. I‘ve had the bounce back issue since new and reset many times. I cannot get the window tight to the top without bouncing back.

Mine did it, replaced the battery about a year ago...no issues since. its a safety issue to keep you from getting locked outside truck.

I cannot hold it in the up position. No matter how much I baby it up there, it bounces back.

No, I have not tried replacing the battery. I can't imagine it's keeping the window from retracting the last two inches though.

My window stopped working. I took it in and there was a tub for the driver side switch. Swapped it out no issues.

I’m having the same issue with the front passenger window. Does not go down all the way. When it goes up it’ll bounce back.
